Flat Rate Pricing Terms & Conditions
At Gillies Group, we operate on a flat rate per task pricing model. This means you know the cost of the work up front, with no hidden extras or unexpected bills.
What’s Included
- Our flat rate covers travel, labour, and standard materials needed tocomplete the task.
- Each task is quoted in advance by one of our office team, so you have a clear price indication before any work begins
- All work will be quoted prior to starting, ensuring full transparency.
All labour and/or material costs quoted or invoiced, whether provided in writing or verbally (including over the phone) by Gillies Group, are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing standard rate.
Diagnostic Charge
If you are unsure of the exact plumbing, heating, or drainage issue, we will apply a diagnostic charge. This covers the time and expertise required to investigate the problem. Following diagnosis, we will provide a clear quotation for any repairs if required.

Payment Terms
- Payment is due on completion of works and upon receipt of invoice.
