Based on the Isle of Skye | Covering the Highlands & Islands
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van
Are you an experienced Drainage Engineer looking for your next opportunity?
GILLIES Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated and professional Drainage Engineer to join our growing team based on the Isle of Skye, delivering drainage services across the Highlands & Islands.
Whether you’re carrying out CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, reactive repairs or planned maintenance, you’ll be joining a company that values quality workmanship, invests in its people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service to every customer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- High Pressure Water Jetting
- CCTV Drainage Surveys
- Blocked Drain Clearance
- Drain Repairs & Maintenance
- Septic Tank & Treatment Plant Installations
- Septic Tank & Treatment Plant Repairs & Servicing
- Planned & Reactive Drainage Works
- Emergency Call-Outs
Working across commercial, industrial and domestic properties, no two days are the same.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous drainage industry experience
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Has excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
HPWJ, CCTV, Confined Space, OS19X and CSCS qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
